Can I e-mail or mail in my artwork?
Yes, once you agree to use us, a representative will walk you through
the steps. He or she will also provide you with the proper e-mail
address as well as a physical address.
What design formats do you accept?
We accept all standard design formats. Some of the most popular
software we use are Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark, Pagemaker, B
& W PDF, Mac or PC. For all other types, please contact our
electronic pre-press department.
Can you duplicate a prior print job?
Yes and No. There are a lot of variables in printing for an exact
duplicate, we can try to duplicate but often times we have to start
from scratch. Of course if we did the prior job, we would be able
to duplicate from the previous order.
Do I receive a proof before you print my project?
Yes, you will receive an electronic pre-press proof of your design.
We do not go to print unless you authorize the proof.
What are your payment terms?
Our terms are net 30 days.
Do I have to print everything in 4 color?
No. It is recommended for a full color look.
How quickly can I get something printed?
We usually print everything within 5-7 business days from proof
approval. Larger printing jobs take longer.
Do you ship to anywhere in the US?
We ship to all 50 States.
Which shipping method do you use?
We use our trucks for local deliveries, including downtown Chicago
and all neighboring areas and we use UPS Ground and in some cases,
we will FedEx a shipment with the customer's approval.
